Product features

This product is made from polymer glue powder, imported additives and modified elastic emulsion, combined with scientific formula. With excellent performance, it can be widely used for the substrate of interior and exterior walls, renovation of old walls and building finishes.

 

Scope of application

It is suitable for leveling of special rough inorganic plane outside the building, including mortar plaster, concrete, standard block, and brick and so on.

Suitable base plane: mortar plaster, cement concrete, stone wall

Matching paint: waterborne coating, oiliness coating

 

Treatment of base plane

The base plane should be smooth and strong; no dust, grease, release agents, batik materials and so on.

If the base place is very uneven, leveling it with powder putty for exterior wall for one time. The new plastered cement mortar surface should be maintained for more than 14 days before construction.

If the weather is hot and dry or the porosity of base plane is high, construction should be done after water the base level and waiting until no clear water.

 

Construction technology

Stir with motor stirrer until even, standing for 5-10 minutes, and stir again will get better result.

Attentions

One dosage should not be too much and should be used within two hours.

The prepared glue mortar must be used within 3 hours

The grinding time should be controlled 12-24 hours after the final.

Keep in cold and dry place, unopened powder is valid for 1 year, additives is valid for 6 months.
