2. chicken poultry farm Description

 

    Light steel structure poultry house is formed by the main steel framework linking up square tube, C section steel components, roof and walls using fiberglass sandwich panel, it is widely applied in modern breeding base.

    The performance of our broiler sheds, combined with our proven ability to deliver on time and within budget, has made the choice of chicken growers throughout the world.

      All parts are shaped and perforated in the factory, and are ready for installation site.

The mounting of shed buildings requires no soldering since all components are bolted

together.

    Hot-dip galvanized ensures a long longevity and reduces the rate of corrosion and aging. The whole is fixed by anchors and the complete structure can be modified or changed without altering the original structure.

 1) Poultry automatic feeding system

 

 

    The special design of our feeding pans prevent feed loss and provides consistent fresh feed to the birds. The pan's feed level control unit ensures constant feed delivery for day-old chicks and when all pans are filled, an electronic sensor automatically switches the unit off. The grille design allows the pan and grille assembly to spin a 360°circumference, providing a practical flooding feature.

    it provides always fresh clean water to all birds made of strong and durable materials to resist to all commonly used cleansing products and forceful flushing. simple and easy cleaning of the reusable disc filter. medicine can be added to the drinking system

 

    Nipple drinkers are ideally suited for poultry finishing up to a live weight of approx. 5 kg.They provide sufficient water supply even for heavier poultry. The single-arm drip cup keeps the litter dry without hindering the birds from drinking.
