Project 2

The Leiting Heavy Project - metallurgical automatic transmission equipment assembly base steel structureproject. Located in Qingdao High-tech Zone, the span is 120 meters, total length is 198.1 meters; eave height is 13.2 meters; the ridge height is 18.6 meters.

The workshop steel column is lattice without anchor bolt that has a strict requirement for the steel column’s perpendicularity, elevation and axis deviation. The column bracing, welded by channel steel and angel steel, is double layer installation. Roof horizontal bracing is continuous connection by angel steel; the middle column crane beam is divided into two layers. All crane beams are installed walkway plate and guardrail and each walkway plate has two ladders and escalators. The wall panel use v-780 type wave board; the wall between the upper and the lower window is the horizontal installation, the upper window is skylight plate, therefore the wall installation must be vertical to avoid clearance.

Project 3

Main material: H Beam

Circular steel, small angle steel. Its light weight allows the emission of piling, therefore it helps to save construction time. 

The roof and wall are made of sandwich panel of color corrugated steel sheet and feature high tensile strength and durability. Filled with glass wool, the core sandwich panel between the internal and exterior roof panels and wall panels has a low thermal conductivity, ensuring the good heat insulation of the steel workshop.
