Steel

Crane material structure used according to Q235B carbon steel, the steel is benefit from shot-blasting.

Bridge girder

The cove plate of bridge girder montage & weld are all use submerged arc welding for double welding. After welding were performed as X-ray or ultrasonic flaw detection.

End carriage

The plank, section is pretreatment equivalent to the main girder,The material adopt CNC cutting machine, ensure curved plates stents as 90°angle. Allowed error 0.5-1.5mm.

Hoist Machinery

LD transmission equipped with 3 in 1 type motor which combine with CD single speed electric hoist, therefore making hoisting mechanism with efficiency operating, compact structure, easy maintenance.

PAINTING

Thoroughly remove the iron oxide skin, rust and oil on the surface of steel, to make it present metallic luster. After crane formed, the surface is covered with epoxy mio barrier&polyurethane topcoat, the total paint thickness as high as 180 um. Paintable crane & hoist components will be coated as per manufacturer’s standards
