1. House Production according to customer layout , design , specification and material demand.

2. We have standard house model.  We can also make design according to customer specialized target .

3. We can supply the furniture, electricity and sanitary fittings, but  we can only supply Chinese standard and design styles. If small quantity, the best way is to purchase the fittings by customer in their site.

1: You can provide us your drawing, and we will produce as your drawings.

2: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated if you pay 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

3: Generally , the delivery time will be 20 days or so .

4: Loading by sea shipping container.

5: We will provide detailed illustration photos and videos to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you.
